Essential Coatings for Aftercare

All the different coatings are essential for to get a great finish and make your wrap job look amazing!

TRIPLE S: Get the magic juice that makes any surface slip, slide and shine! You can use it on literally any surface inside and outside. The Triple S solution makes it so that things can slide off your wrap easily and gives it some protection from the sun, rain and elements. You want to use this to prep the surface before laying down the wrap as a tack reducer and to prevent sanding on the glue side. Make sure to coat your wrap with this after you are done. Apply the Triple S once a week after washing your car with the absolute wash!

Diamond Coating: This is similar to ceramic coating but made specifically for wrap! It acts as sunscreen for your wrapped car! Very easy to apply because flash time is 3-5 minutes in a temp controlled room and not 45 seconds like normal ceramic coating, so there’s no need to rush! Evenly coat a panel with vertical and horizontal strokes then move on to the next panel. Once the next panel is coated come back and buff the last panel with a microfiber. Apply once every 6 months. Make sure to use a new applicator pad each time!

Applicator Pad: This pad is made to not waste any coating so you get maximum coverage! It doesn’t soak through because it has a plastic barrier and easy to hold. Make sure to use a new applicator pad each time you do a new car because the coatings get hard over time and will scratch up your surface!

Knives And Magnets

The LEGENDARY Wrap Axe: Now you don’t have to worry about damaging seals when you use the Axe to cut! Use a 400 grit sanding block to sharpen the wrap axe after using it. The Magnet pad is amazing to keep wrap in place without leaving marks in your wrap.

Body Guard Knife: Teflon coated, used to cut the backing paper without cutting your wrap side. Separate the two layers and slide this in to make those nice hinge cuts!

Ninja Knife: used to make those detailed cuts! Made in Japan, extremely small and sharp. Comes with 50 replacement blades! The Magnet pad is amazing to keep wrap in place without leaving marks in your wrap.

The Magnet Pad: Amazingly strong magnets to keep wrap in place without leaving marks in your wrap.

Knifeless Tape: Great to cut wrap where you need a straight line or for those tricky inlays/overlays.

Buffers & Squeegees

The innovative Platinum Squeegee that has a nice grip and two different style corners for easy tucking. You can also get a variety of buffers needed for a smooth finish. Monkey Strips and the Banana Buffers are the best at making sure your wrap goes on smoothly and not get scratched!

Heat Gun

WELDY HEAT GUN : This heat gun is unlike any other because it gives you an even/wide distribution of heat that reduces your chance to burning a hole through the wrap. Think of it as a shower head while other heat guns are like lazer pointers. It also has that nice guard around the heating element so you won’t ever burn yourself again!

The Mag Strap is sold separately allowing you to simply stick your Weldy heat gun to the car without dropping it or burning anything nearby!

LED LIGHT BARS: The best lighting for your garage that is portable and easily plugged into any socket. You can link a bunch of these together to get your lighting looking awesome.

Micorfiber & Clay

All the best mirco fiber towels you ever need are right here! Great for general cleaning and surface prep. The big teal Liquid8r teal towel is amazing for drying off the car in one pull! Wash And Prep

Just a little half a cap full of absolute in a spray bottle goes a long way! Spray it on to any dirty surface and let it work some magic for a few minutes. You will see all that dirty and grime wash away instantly! Check out the Panel Wipe and other solutions for all your car care needs when you prepare for a wrap! Use the Rags to Riches soaps to bring your old worn out microfiber towels back to life. Soak them in a bucket of it and then wash using the soaps that are washing machine safe!
