Refund Policy:

Vinyl/PPF:

All vinyl products purchased are custom manufactured to a specific order and are not returnable or exchangeable. Please take special care to order carefully and completely. We always recommend looking at the pictures and videos available on YouTube very carefully before making a purchase; samples books are available in the Merch section of the website but there is no guarantee that a specific color you are looking for is in the book since it is just a random assortment of colors when it was made. Ask all questions before placing an order. When buying one of our products, please note that the item is being sold as described. No changes or alterations to the item can be made at any time after the purchase placed and will not constitute grounds for a return. All special order products are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. In a case where we do accept a return, you will be responsible for the shipping cost and there is a 30% restocking fee for converted rolls. Full unopened rolls if accepted are subject to 10% restocking fee.

We DO NOT accept returns on our printed products such as, but not limited to, camouflage, nature, paint splatter, animal print, stone, galaxy, rust, etc. These are printed to order and are final sales.

Products that are altered from their original state are not valid for warranty claims, such as laminating color change films to alter the finish of the products, printing on color change wraps, etc.

IF WE HAPPEN TO SHIP YOU THE WRONG COLOR: This rarely happens, but it can occur due to human error. Please notify us immediately by E-mail once you open the box it was shipped in and make sure to keep the original box. You are responsible to INSPECT EVERY ROLL that comes in and verify the color with the ones posted on the website. Using any part of this roll sent to you by mistake waves your right to get a new correct roll. Once you notify us of the issue we will give you further instructions on where to send it back to and will cover the shipping cost if it is truly our mistake. Once we verify of that you have followed the return instructions we will send you a new correct roll.

International orders: All sales are also final for international transactions.

All products are quality-assurance checked for flaws and completeness prior to shipping. You must make a claim with us by email about defects, shortages, and/or exceptions within 3 days of receiving your order. Any claim made must have clear detailed pictures and video of the original packaging and the material unused still on the roll. You are responsible for inspecting the full roll for damage and make sure it is the correct color that you ordered before installation. There are absolutely no replacements, exchanges, or refunds issued after the product is installed.

Please note that products that aren't ordered together may have different lot numbers, therefore we cannot guarantee a color or pattern match. We are always making changes and improvements to provide you with the highest quality products so over time the shade, color, and finish of any one color will be different from what you ordered before. IT IS ESSENTIAL that you order enough to do a full car at one time and complete the whole project with the one roll ordering additional afterwards will cost more and might not match exactly! Paradox Styling does not guarantee any application of our films. We are here to help if you need tips on installation, however, we cannot be held responsible for installation failure due to improper techniques or lack of knowledge of how to us the material properly. We have many videos on YouTube where you can learn how to wrap and use the material but we are not there when you are doing it so there is no way for us to guarantee you are doing it correctly.

Please be aware that it takes time to process any claim and we are not able to issue any type of replacement for said claims until the claim is finalized. Claims will require photos and/or video to be sent and material to be sent back so we can have the manufacturer test it. Please understand that most manufacturers do not issue a refund for granted claims, instead, you will receive a credit that you can use toward a future order from Paradox Styling for any product desired. Credits issued for claims must be used within 3 months from the date it was issued, once this time frame has passed we will not be able to honor any credit. We are not held accountable for any film that is not handled within that procedure. Please note that Paradox Styling is not responsible for labor costs and manufacturers do not typically compensate labor costs.

Shipping is nonrefundable and you are responsible to reach out to us for the tracking numbers. Paradox Styling is not responsible for packages going to the wrong location if you provide us with the incorrect shipping address at the point of purchase and will not be liable to provide you with a replacement. Please make sure to verify that your shipping address matches google maps with the correct street address, apartment/suite number, city, state, country, and zip/postal code. After placing your order, it will ship out the next day and arrive in about 7-10 business days as long as there is no major conflicts or disasters happening in the world as long as FedEx/UPS is operating normally. Sometimes the factory is on holiday and there will be a slight delay to when the package is shipped. It is best to reach out to us by email or DM on Instagram @ParadoxWraps to verify when your package will ship out and get the tracking number. If you neglect to pay attention to when the package is being delivered to your location and it gets stolen or damaged, Paradox Styling is not held liable to refund or provide you with a replacement roll.

Paradox Styling will not be liable if you order the wrong product. If you receive a product that does not match the description, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue. For any shipment that is refused or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for fees associated with re-shipping the package. We will issue a full refund for the product when your return meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.

Tools/Accessories/Liquids:

Refunds for these are made through Amazon and follow their refund policies. Paradox Styling is not responsible for any of these items, we are simply telling you where you can find the best tools in the game.
